Chef trainer at the Ecole des Arts Culinaires Lenôtre, Stéphane Duval won the title of “One of the Best Workers in France” in the Charcutier-Catering class. This victory rewards his talent and the long preparation work he carried out with the complicity of chef Guy Krenzer, Lenôtre Creative Director and twice crowned “One of the Best Craftsmen in France”, in the Charcutier-Catering and Cooking categories. .
A native of Normandy, like Gaston Lenôtre, Stéphane Duval recently joined the House as a chef trainer at the Ecole des Arts Culinaires Lenôtre.
A passionate person who likes to explore the culture of food trades: charcuterie, cooking, butchery but also the work of the dough because it is essential to master the production of charcuterie pastries. With more than 30 years of experience in the profession, Stéphane Duval now passionately passes on his expertise, know-how and the values of the House to the students of the school.
